To register, entrants must submit their participation code that they will receive after their third completed month of cover. They will then receive an email containing a redemption link and code. Following this link to the Whoop website or app will activate the free 12-month membership and link it to their profile.

Entry into the promotion was between 00:01am 19th January and 23:59pm 13 March 2026. Claim dates are after the 3 month qualifying period from 00:01am 19thth April and 23:59pm 30th July 2026.

After you have entered your code on the Whoop portal, you should receive your Whoop device within 10 days.

Your membership will renew automatically once your initial 12-month period ends. Before your renewal date, WHOOP will contact you to remind you. At that point, you’ll be able to choose whether you want to continue or end your membership. If you decide to continue, your membership will renew automatically, and payment will be taken for the next year.

When you activate your WHOOP membership, you’ll be asked to enter payment details, but you won’t be charged during your first 12 months.
